Rogge cancels trip to Rio for London 2012 debriefing ...November 17 ? International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Jacques Rogge has cancelled a planned trip here to attend the debrief on London 2012, where a transfer of knowledge will take place between them and organisers of Rio 2016.
